Shannon started her career in the eye care industry with Lifetime Eyecare in early 2016. You will find Shannon at the front desk greeting everyone with a smile and wearing funny socks. She is our front desk manager and works very closely with our biller to ensure everything is calculated correctly.
Amanda started working at Lifetime Eyecare in 2015. She is a Certified Paraoptometric Technician and has been working in the field since 2015. Amanda also acts as our internal Information Technology Coordinator and as a team lead, is very successful in helping her coworkers with any questions.
Tiffany started working at Lifetime Eyecare in March of 2016, but has been in the optical industry since 2010. Tiffany is a highly skilled optician with a charming and infectious personality. She has a great eye for style and loves helping people find the eyewear that makes them come alive. Tiffany has worked in many areas of the industry including: Opticial Manager, Eyecare Supervisor, Optical Blogger, Regional Trainer in Optics, Lab Tech and Frame Rep.
Susan has been working at Lifetime Eyecare the longest out of any staff member. She brings a warm and welcoming disposition to the front desk and she has a unique understanding of our billing dept, after spending years as our biller, which helps her to understand even the most complicated insurance plans.
Amy began working at Lifetime Eyecare in 2017. She is a certified paraoptometric technician and she had been working in different optometry and ophthalmology practices since 2014.
Rachel came to work with Lifetime Eyecare in May of 2017. She has worked as an optician for a year at some bigger corporate opticals and loves working with families. Rachel is excited to get to work more with our patients to create the best solutions for their vision. She is passionate about caring for people and will make sure that you are treated like a part of our family.
Heather started working with us in October 2017. She has had a career in the industry working as a receptionist and she is excited to learn more about the optical side of the business, as well as mastering her skills with insurance billing and patient care.
