RETURN POLICY
We at Lifetime Eyecare want you to love your new glasses. If you do not love them for whatever reason then you may exchange them one time within 90 days of your purchased date. Since your glasses are a custom made medical device, they are not eligible for returns or refunds. Should you opt for any additional remakes, costs may be incurred.
FRAME WARRANTIES
Our frames are crafted using the finest materials found in the industry today. We warranty our frames for 1-year. If your frame breaks under normal use it can be replaced with a $20 warranty copay. If the frame shows signs of wear that do not fall under normal use (such as bite marks from your dog), we will split the cost with you at 50%.
LENS WARRANTIES
Our lenses are the pride and joy of what we do. Our staff and doctors study our lens options very carefully and recommend them in full faith that they are the best value and performance on the market. We offer a 1-year lens warranty for every set of lenses we dispense to ensure you will be seeing clearly all year. This warranty is available to use once for any scratches and/or damage to coatings caused by exposure to extreme circumstances (such as high/low temperatures and chemicals).
RESTOCKING FEE
We hand select our inventory from vendors that feature wide ranges of styles and sizes. When a patient has a specific look or frame style in mind, that isn’t on our boards, we are often able to source it from one of our vendors. In these cases we’re happy to order in up to 3 frames from a single vendor for a $20 restocking fee. If one of the frames that we order ends up being chosen, then we will apply the restocking fee towards the frame purchase.
PATIENT PRESCRIPTION GUARANTEE
If your prescription doesn’t seem correct and you were seen by our doctors, we will re-examine you for free within 30 days from the exam date. If the glasses were made from an outside doctor’s prescription they will need to be re-checked by that doctor and then the new written corrected prescription should be brought to one of our opticians. The lenses will be remade at no charge- unless we upgrade the lens style, type, design, or with the addition of coatings or treatments resulting in additional charges that will need to be collected. After 30 days however, we reserve the right to charge for office visits and any lens changes at the doctor’s discretion.
